SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order has been received. You will receive a notification via email once your order has shipped. 

Currently, our in-stock orders will be processed and sent from our logistics facilities within an estimated 1-3 business days. Once the carrier receives the package, delivery arrival date is typically estimated to be within 2-8 business days. Please check your tracking number to see the carrier’s estimated delivery date.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Shipping charges may vary depending on the distance your order must travel. At this time, we only ship within the continental U.S.

If you are in need of overnight or expedited shipping, please email us at orders@dunlapmercantile.com and include your name, order number, and the best phone number to reach you. Will will contact you directly to discuss your needs and make arrangements for you to receive your package.

We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer international shipping to countries outside of the United States at this time.

FREE SHIPPING & EXCLUSIONS

Free shipping is offered for most orders over $100. There are some brands/item types which are excluded from this offer due to the need for shipping insurance.

Brands Excluded:

Other Item Types Excluded:

  • Vintage / one-of-a-kind items

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@dunlapmercantile.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags still attached.
